The students will–CO37. Analyze the different types of leadership. Also to evaluate leadership styles to anticipate the consequences of each leadership style. CO38. Analyze that what motivation is and also to explain the significance of motivation C039. Evaluate the perspectives on motivation such as scientific management, Theory X and Theory Y, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's motivation- hygiene theory etc CO40. Analyze the significance of Coordination & Communication in any organisation for achieving the organizational goals effectively CO41. Create an Understanding about the Conflict Management Strategies which the managers use to resolve the Conflict in Organisation and also to discuss the relationship between Organisational Effectiveness and Change Management CO42. Create the Knowledge of new applications and the recent trends & Challenges in Business management. |
