Objective: 

Objective- This course will enable the students to:
• Learn provisions regarding Computation of Taxable Income of an HUF, AOP and Firm
• Learn the Statutory compliances regarding the Procedure of Assessment
• Learn provisions regarding TDS, TCS and Advance Payment of Tax
• Gain Knowledge regarding Filing of Appeals and Revisions under Income Tax Act
• Have a brief idea about Inspection, Search, Seizure and Offences and Penalties
