One day Training Programme on Empowering Entrepreneurs by JCI in association with FORTI

The program began with the inaugural session. Prof. M.K.Sharma, Dean Faulty of Commerce and Management the IIS University Jaipur, welcomed the guest with flower and momentous. There were around 81 students

The key note speaker Er.Ajay kumar gupta delivered his views on global entrepreneurship. According to him the first step to success is to celebrate failures. Explore the problem and create the solution. Believe in KARMA, Don’t bother about results. Risk takers always win. The mindset of society is changing women are now becoming entrepreneurs.

 The session was further succeeded by CS Anshul Jain. According to him it is laziness which is a hurdle in successful entrepreneurship. Fear of facing the world is a reason to do it well. The person who possesses the capacity and confidence for the same can rule the world. He also gave the example of Charles Darwin theory i.e. survival of the fittest.

The training session 1 was taken over by JC Ankit Jain. He stated that things should be learned from past and we should try to improve in your future. Make your profession as your passion. He also conducted a workshop activity with students to let them know that they all posses an entrepreneurship idea. Students were divided in groups to develop a business plan and impress the investors. The students came up with some ideas and the best group was awarded.

The second session was taken over by JC Ankita Jain. She discussed women empowerment “let’s do it ourselves”. According to her women should free themselves from preconceived notion to move toward self dependence. Women have edge over men thus they are better. She also conducted activity with students of naming your business venture and believe in you that “I can make a difference”. Every woman can have their own success story.

The program was a success and highly appreciated by the participants and faculties.
