Guest lecture on ACCA

Report on Guest lecture held on 26th September,2015

A guest lecture had been organized in the university on 26th September 2015 in the AV hall by the ATG department on the topic “Career prospects in Accounting and Finance” for the students of B Com (H) with proficiency in ACCA ,CA and CS.What could have been better for career makers at this stage other than a valuable advice. We were fortunate to have Mr. Kapil Goel and Mr. Prabhanshu Mittal for guiding students on ACCA course. Mr. Kapil Goel is an ACCA member and is presently running his business in UK and Mr. Prabhanshu Mittal is working as a Business relationship manager in education for North India.

In the beginning of the session, guests were welcomed with tilak and token of love was given to them. Then Mr. Prabhanshu addressed the students, he explained about the ACCA course in India, the qualifications required, its scope and the employability abroad and in India. Then Mr. Kapil continued him by explaining about the examination pattern of ACCA.Finally both the guests interacted with the students and solved their queries. Session proved to be very beneficial for the students.
