Guest Lecture on Think Ahead and Become Job Ready

What could have been better for career makers at this stage other than a valuable advice?

Keeping this in mind, a Guest lecture on” Think Ahead and Become Job Ready” was organized by the Accounting and Taxation department of the IIS University on 26^th July 2018.

We were fortunate to have three efficient professionals Mr.  Prabhanshu Mittal, Mr. Ankit Saxena and CA Nidhi Bhaskar  from the ACCA Delhi and ISDC Bangalore, for guiding students about the various career aspects available in commerce.

In the beginning speakers were welcomed with floral greeting by (Dr. Mitali Gupta, Add. Head of Accounting and Taxation department) and Dr.MahimaRai (Add. Head, HRM& IB department)

The speakers addressed the students and told them about the various career opportunities and how the ACCA degree is an edge over other professional courses. CA Nidhi Bhaskar stressed on how to create own personality through ACCA Program. She talked about the worldwide approach, the career prospects and the exam patterns of ACCA Course. She informed the students about the course structure and fees of the ACCA Course.

The speaker MR. Prabhanshu Mittal interacted with students regarding the various roles of an ACCA in modern business world. Later the speakers interacted with the students and cleared their queries. A small quiz was also arranged and winners were rewarded with small prizes. The session proved to be very beneficial for students and highly appreciated by faculties.
