Objective of the Career Seminar: to increase awareness regarding Women's Intimate Health & Wellness along with a discussion on “Hospital Costing”.

Summary
discussion about various health issues relating to female reproduction organs, sexual and urinary problems.
Dr. Sarine started the session by discussing about :
• Urinary Tract Infection being one of the most common infections afflicting women.
• vaginal hygienic habits and precautions to take while urinating to avoid focal, bacterial, fungal infections which could be a great cause of concern.
• suggested taking small steps like drinking a lot of water, changing undergarments regularly, avoiding direct contact with western toilet seats in order to steer clear of serious health issues in women.
In last she concluded that you should be hydrated, always wash whenever you pee and be sure about own hygiene.

Dr. Garima Poddar came on stage for some dietary tips. She explained the concept of 3 major and 3 minor meals you should take in your day. Pumpkin seeds, flex seeds, sesame seeds it will be used as supplements. Exercise and yoga will be very great if you do at regular basis. She concluded her session by saying 8 to 10 glass of water and 4 to 5 types of fruits is must.
Mr. Chetan Jain head of accounting explained that they use global mediasoftware for making the bill and they work on accrual basis and explained about some schemes like RGHS and chiranjeevi.

Outcome of the activity: A very important agenda taught that self care is not self indulgence but it is self preservation. it was very knowledgeable visit for students and easy way to overcome the fear of hospitals
