The activity was organized as a part of the curriculum of CS Professional Course, wherein the students of B.Com (Hons.) Each student was asked to prepare an individual role like narrator, company secretary, managing director, independent director and so on. A period of one month was given to them to prepare for the activity taking into consideration the various legal, ethical and factual aspects of the case.

On the day of the activity, an artificial boardroom was created in the Aditya Hall and two faculties of Accounting & taxation Department namely Dr. Monty Kanodia and CA Priya Jain were called to judge the performance of the students. The play took around 30 to 45 minutes to present their respective roles. Judgment was done on important criterion like; the in-depth study of the situation, legal language used, legal aspects considered, ethics followed, dress code, etc.

It was a great learning experience for the students as they encountered the actual situation face while incorporating a company.
