Academic Visit to SEBI

On 28th February 2018 The department of Accounting and taxation has organised a visit to Security Exchange Board of India, Jaipur. THe students warmly welcomed by their staff and a book containing brief information about various ways of investing was given. The session was headed by the manager of SEBI branch Jaipur. He gave brief introduction of SEBI and its work. He told us various ways of investing money and gave financial information one should have before investing the money. How to open DEMAt account? How to sell and buy securities? How the screen of NSE and BSE look like? He demonstrated by some videos and presentation.
