  3. Provides information required to frame MOA and AOA of any company
  4. It familiarises the students with the techniques of financial analysis of a company by using ratio analysis and leverage analysis methods.
  5. Impart the knowledge of residential status and Incidence of tax.
  6.  Overall this course imparts knowledge and provide practical exposure to the students towards various aspects of Accounting, Business and Economic administration
