CO 1:Helps in gaining practical knowledge of CSR practices followed by different companies.

CO 2:Impart the knowledge of corporate veil

CO 3:Provides information required to frame MOA and AOA of any company

CO 4: It familiarizes the students with the techniques of financial analysis of a company by using ratio analysis and leverage analysis methods.

Approach in teaching:

Classroom discussion on various topics through ppt presentation and tutorials.

Case studies of organisations, Role Playing, ppt presentation etc.
