Project Identification and Scope Definition

• Identify an imaginary project,
• Write the scope of the problem considering factors such as customer requirements and internal/external goals

• Determine the outcome of the project and draw a project plan.
• Describe a project life cycle, and can skillfully map each stage in the cycle

Team Assignment and Risk Identification

• Identify the players (or the team members) and assign responsibility,
• Identifying any risks or external parties that can influence the outcome

Resource Planning

• Capital Budgeting Application – Apply Payback Period, NPV, IRR, and Profitability Index methods to evaluate project viability
• Allocate and plan resources (human, material, and financial) required for project execution.

• Prepare project schedule – construction of Network Diagram
• Discuss top 5 free project management software
