Personality Development and Resume Building (Practical)

CO 1Create and analyse personal SWOT. Develop a powerful resume with action words and create a professional LinkedIn profile.

CO 2 Demonstrate the art of group discussion and master the same through mock practice sessions and also enhance public speaking skills.

CO 3Develop Confidence in answering the interview questions and improve their email and phone etiquettes.

CO 4 Demonstrate appropriate body language and enhance their overall personality.

CO 5 Create a new perspective through seminars/webinars and industry sessions

• Body Language, Personality development and Team Building Games
• Gestures, Posture, Greeting, Handshake, Eye contact, expressions, inborn responses, conveying and showing disapproval and rejection, shrugging signals

• These will be conducted by Industry leaders as question answer session and experience sharing. The right way to approach people, Importance of body language, being comfortable in your own skin, staying in contact with people, Personal space, Importance of reading on body language, The word “I”, Being able to apologize
