Legal Aptitude

(Theory)

CO 1: Explain about the Indian constitution, it's rights and responsibilities.

CO 2:  Evaluate the meaning and nature of company and developing the application skill on the structure of company, incorporation of a company, company meetings and preparation of agenda and minutes of company.

CO 3: Develop conceptual clarity about the basic aspects of contacts for making commercial agreements.

CO 4:Facilitate understanding of law of torts and it's usage and making the students familiar with ICSI legislation.

CO 5:Integrate legal reasoning as per the provisions of law and also the legal abbreviations so used.

CO 6: Contribute effectively in course – specific interaction.

  • The ICSI, vision, mission, motto and core values of the institute,
  • company secretary under company secretaries act 1980,
  • functions of company secretary under company secretaries act 1980 and companies act 2013
  •  role of company secretary in employment and practice.
