The students will be able to –
CO30: Explain the objectives and uses of Manpower Planning, job analysis etc and to Describe the processes of recruiting, employee selection, and Training. CO31: Explain the different types of leadership. Also to evaluate leadership styles to anticipate the consequences of each leadership style.
CO32: Explain what motivation is and also to describe perspectives on motivation such as scientific management, Theory X and Theory Y, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's motivation- hygiene theory etc CO33: Understand the Conflict Management Strategies which the managers use to resolve the Conflict in Organisation and also to discuss the relationship between Organisational Effectiveness and Change Management CO34: Gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative information to isolate issues and formulate best control methods. |
