CO 1:Explain the Indian constitution and it's rights and responsibilities. CO 2:Develop the application skills to form an agreement / contract, acceptance, revocation, discharge, breach of contract. CO 3:Acquire knowledge about Negotiable Instruments and parties, Crossing and bouncing of Cheques & its Remedies, Presumption of Law, Current updates on Environment, Bio-Diversity, Climate Change and Sustainable Development. CO 4:Facilitate understanding of law of torts and limitation law and its usage. CO 5:Identify essential of contract of sales, hire-purchase, doctrine caveat emptor and various case studies relating to Sale of Goods Act 1930. CO 6:Contribute effectively in course – specific interaction. |
