CO 1:Discover the meaning of Foreign Exchange Management and Attributing the concept of Overseas Direct Investment and External Commercial Borrowings. CO 2:Determine the meaning and Nature of Foreign Direct Investment and its significance. CO 3:Familiarize with the Concept of SEZ and FCRA. CO 4:Interpret the importance of Law relating to Money Laundering, fugitive economic offenders and real estate transactions.
