Course Objectives:

Economic and Business Environment (Theory)

CO 1:Assess demand and supply determinants, forms of market competition and decide the price and output under various market situation.

CO 2:Develop an understanding regarding the calculation process of national income and explore the impact of union budget on the organization.

CO 3:Analyze the financial and capital market, their determinants and functioning along with the authorities governing the markets.

CO 4:Distinguish between the various types of business environment and analyzing the various government institutions working to promote business.

CO 5:Explore the various government initiatives to foster entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial growth, also gain knowledge about the key government institutions functioning at the central level.
