Drafting policies, code of conduct, guidance note, waivers, releases, disclaimers, Basic Components of Deeds, Endorsements and Supplemental Deeds, Aids to Clarity and Accuracy, Legal Requirements and Implications; Supreme Court Rules and other guiding principles.
