CO139: Create an insight about the fundamental concept and various features of the Company form of Business.

CO140: Comprehend the procedure of registering and winding- up of  a Company and appropriately use the basic legal documents essential for operations and management of company.         CO141: Analyze various administrative positions in Indian companies .

CO142: Examine secretarial functions relating to share allotment, forfeiture, transfer and transmission, as well as payment of dividend.

CO143:  Explore different type of company meetings and provisions required for them.
