An overview on listing and issuance of securities in International Financial Services Center- Listing and trading of securities in IFSC and the regulatory framework, concept of special purpose acquisition company and regulatory framework for listing of SPAC, framework on listing of ESG debt securities , listing obligations and disclosure requirements under IFSCA listing regulations.
