Objective: 

 

Course Objectives:

This course will enable the students to acquire practical and procedural knowledge on various sources of finance available to corporates at their various stages of journey and the legislative framework for raising such funds.

CO 112:Examine the concepts relating to Angel Fund, venture capital, AIF, seed funding and certain aspects relating to non fund schemes.

Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT)-Critical issues pertaining to private equity and venture capital , SEBI regulations 2012, categories of InvIT , Investment in InvIT, private placement etc.
