This course will enable the students to acquire practical and procedural knowledge on various sources of finance available to corporates at their various stages of journey and the legislative framework for raising such funds.

CO 112:Examine the concepts relating to Angel Fund, venture capital, AIF, seed funding and certain aspects relating to non fund schemes. CO 113:Assess the various methods to raise funds using ESOP , bonus issue , equity issue and sweat equity issue. CO 114:Contribute effectively in course – specific interaction. |
