  • CO 133 To get a basic understanding of different type of meeting of board of directors.
  • CO 134 To facilitate the convening of meetings and attend Board, committee and maintain the minutes of these meetings.
  • CO 135 To explain membership in a company and its procedure and analyze the meaning of directors and concepts.
  • CO 136 To know the concept about Compromise, Arrangement and Amalgamation under the Indian Companies Act, 2013.
  • CO 137 To explain circumstances and procedure for winding up of the company.
