  • CO 61 To know about the concept of company and its incorporation.
  • CO 62 To have a basic understanding about the company law pertaining to deposits, allotment of securities and prospectus.
  • CO63  To understand the basic concepts of share capital, debentures and charges along with their registration procedures
  • .CO 64 To understand the role and duties of management and administration, and also the mode and calculation for payment of dividend.
  • CO 65 To acquire knowledge and develop understanding of company accounts and auditing and the role of auditors.
