Objective: 

This course will enable the students to acquire the ability to analyse, interpret and apply the provisions of the company law in practical situations and to acquire the ability to analyse the significant provisions of the SEBI Act and select Economic Laws.

CO 3File company e forms and learn provisions of NCLT.

CO 5Summarize the provisions of FEMA, FCRA and Insolvency and Bankruptcy code, 2016.
