Objective: 

Course Objective:

 

This course will enable the students to develop knowledge and skills in the understanding of the general legal framework within which international business takes place, and of specific legal areas relating to business, recognizing the need to seek further specialist legal advice where necessary.

CO55: Comprehend provisions of Companies Act to study the formation of company along with acceptance of deposits and registration of charges.

• Registration of Charges, Management and Administration, Accounts of Companies, Audit and Auditors

• Key managerial personnel, managing director, manager
