Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: CO 101: Assess knowledge about companies, Shares, and regulations of companies. CO 102: Explain the pattern of final accounts of the company. CO 103: Discriminate between issue and redemption of shares and debentures. CO 104: Evaluate the methods of valuation of goodwill and shares. CO 105: Calculate and differentiate between profit and loss prior period to incorporation and post-incorporation. CO 106: Analyze the advanced issues in accounting for assets, liabilities, and owner’s equity. CO 107: Prepare consolidated accounts for a corporate group. CO 108: Consider principles of accounting for investments in associates. |
