• Paragraph and page formatting. Header & footer, proofing text, Inserting pictures, Mail merging.

• Handling data using Spreadsheets: Creating a Table, formatting of table, auto fill series, Basic Functions (SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, MIN),Sorting and filtering, Cell referencing, Importing external data, basic charts(bar, column charts)

• Data management using MS-ACESS (creating tables, forms, queries and reports), importing and exporting data.

• Presentation Software: using templates and wizards, creating presentation using blank presentation, Adding objects and action buttons. Various presentation views,
• Working in slide sorter view, adding transition and animations to slide show, printing slides, adding master-slide.

• Cloud based Office Tools- Google drive, Google docs, Google sheets, Google slides. Sharing and creating files, uploading and downloading files and folders. Creating and designing forms using Google forms.
