• Introduction to word processing: Working with formatted documents, Shortcut keys. Finding & replacing text, Go To command. Selecting text, changing cases,
• Paragraph and page formatting. Header & footer, proofing text, inserting pictures, Mail merging.

• Spread sheets: Creating a Table, formatting of table, auto fill series, Basic Functions (SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, MIN), Sorting and filtering, Cell referencing, Importing external data, basic charts (bar, column charts)

• Presentation Software: using templates and wizards, creating presentation using blank presentation, Adding objects and action buttons. Various presentation views,
• Working in slide sorter view, adding transition and animations to slide show, printing slides, adding master-slide.

• Cloud based Office Tools (Google drive, Google docs, Google sheets, Google slides. Sharing and creating files, uploading and downloading files and folders. Creating and designing forms using Google forms.
