Compliance Management (Theory)

CO 1:Analyze the importance of the compliance framework in an organization and role of the management

CO 2:Correlate the importance of the documentation and the concept of signing and certification.

CO 3:Assess the legal framework governing CS and their values and professional conduct.

CO 4:Integrate the various Non Compliances, KYC requirements and consequences of the incomplete KYC or for Non

performing KYC before accepting any engagement.

CO 5:Explore the provisions regarding Compounding of Offences, Mediation and

Conciliation.

CO 6:Contribute effectively in course – specific interaction.

  • Pre-certification of Forms , Signing & Certification of Annual Return ,
  • Corporate Governance Certification , Signing of Financial Statement, Obligations and Penal provisions

Values Ethics and Professional Conduct:
