CO 1: Develop understanding about the companies act, 2013, Corporate veil, Doctrine of Ultra-vires, Indoor Management, Doctrine of Constructive Notice and MCA 21. CO 2:Analyze the regulatory and broader procedural aspects involved in different types of companies covered under Companies act, 2013 and rules made thereunder. CO 3:Appraise the importance of memorandum of association, article of association and prospectus in a company. CO 4:Explore the concept of issue and redemption of different types of share by a company. CO 5:Discover the relationship between company and different stakeholders. CO 6:Contribute effectively in course – specific interaction. |
