CO 37: Develop understanding about the companies act, 2013, Corporate veil, Doctrine of Ultra-vires, Indoor Management, Doctrine of Constructive Notice and MCA 21. CO 38:Analyze the regulatory and broader procedural aspects involved in different types of companies covered under Companies act, 2013 and rules made thereunder. CO 39:Appraise the importance of memorandum of association, article of association and prospectus in a company, CO 40:Explore the concept of issue and redemption of different types of share by a company.
