CO 49:Explain the process of issuing securities in the Indian stock market with deep down study of primary and secondary market and reviewing the SCRA ACT,

CO 50:Interpret the Depositories and  SEBI act.

CO 51:Interpret listing obligations of convertible and nonconvertible securities including the disclosure requirement regulations 2015.

CO 52:Develop an understanding regarding acquisition of securities and prohibition of insider trading .

CO 53:Discuss about the practices of delisting and buy back of securities and infer the concept of mutual funds, collective schemes.
