  • Concept of communication, meaning, significance, principles and process, means. Communication networks, commonly used medium of digital communication, e mail, sms, voice mail, video conferencing etc.
  • Listening skills, purpose, steps to effective listening and ways to overcome barriers, Ways to effective communication and ways to overcome its barriers.
