Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

CO 134: Differentiate between internal and external reconstruction and perform accounting in internal reconstruction

CO 135: Analyze the accounting treatment under amalgamation in nature of merger and purchase

CO 136: Prepare Statement of affairs including deficiency /surplus account.

CO 137: Prepare the accounts of insurance companies and be able to prepare them

 CO 138: Manage and prepare Financial Statements of Banking Companies.
