• Form PAS 3: Return of allotment of shares
• Form MGT 7: Form for filing annual return by a company having a share capital with the Registrar
• Form MR 1: Return of appointment of MD/WTD/Manager
• Form DIR 12: Particulars of appointment of Directors and the key managerial personnel and the changes among them
