CO313:   Analyze fundamental project management concepts and principles through complex scenarios.

CO314:  Design comprehensive project plans, including scope, time, cost, and resource management

CO315:  Evaluate scheduling techniques and develop risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies .

CO316: Develop skills in project execution, monitoring, and control.

CO317:  Formulate risk response plans, closure strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans

CO318: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction

Approach in teaching: Interactive Lectures, Discussions, Tutorials Problem solving sessions, Presentations.

● Create an imaginary project charter and understand its components.
● Conduct stakeholder identification and analysis for effective project management.

● Develop project planning processes, including work breakdown structure (WBS) and activity sequencing.
● Apply estimation techniques for time, cost, and resource allocation.

● Manage project scope by defining requirements and implementing change control measures.
● Implement project scheduling techniques such as Critical Path Method (CPM) and Gantt charts.
