A workshop on “Advanced Excel” was organized by the Department of Accounting & Taxation from 21 to 23 of March 2018 in the Ojas Hall. The objective of the workshop was to equip the students with the much needed skills of MS Excel before venturing into the corporate world. The workshop was attended by 25 students of Semester 4 and 6 of the ACCA programme- B.Com (H) in Applied Accounting & Finance. The training was conducted by C.A. Rohit Pradhan who is a practicing Chartered Accountant with vast experience in conducting Excel Training for CAs, MBA students and Corporates. He started with basic aspects of Ms Excel followed by advanced tools over the three day period. Students were given several exercises for practicing. It was a great learning session for the students. Certificates were distributed to students for completing the three days training.
