  • CO 150 To acquaint the students with the importance of drafting of agenda, notice of board meeting and general meeting          of a company
  • CO 151 To understand the practical aspects of filing for DIN, CIN, GLN, DSC and filling procedure of E forms regarding incorporation and conversion of a company
  • CO 152 To demonstrate knowledge of E forms for annual returns
  • CO 153 To understand practical aspect of filing of E forms regarding charges
  • CO 154 To enable student to draft Board resolutions for getting the company name struck off along with Affidavit, Indemnity bond and other documents
