CO196: Design a Job Description and Job Specification for various posts in Organization. CO 197: Perform and exhibit skills through their participation in role play activity and gain knowledge related to recruitment and selection practices of various companies. CO 198: Demonstrate the ability to use different performance appraisal techniques in an organization and have an insight on the various aspects of promotion and transfer. CO 199: Recommend actions based on results of the compensation analysis and design compensation schemes that are cost effective, that increase productivity of the workforce, and comply with the legal framework. CO 200: Analyze the emerging issues & challenges related to HRM. |
